What we bring
Senior leads in procurement, contract management, contract recovery, negotiation and bids, plus programme and PMO, technology and digital, transformation and change, and housing and estates specialists from the ACS family. We can assemble a senior multidisciplinary team for a defined work package, with agreed outputs.
We support bid/no-bid decisions, solution design, bid writing and review, mobilisation and defined work packages after award.
ACS already delivers as a subcontractor to large consultancies, working to their quality processes, timesheets and reporting. Cyber Essentials certified; evidence of insurance available before contract.
How we protect the relationship
- We work under your brand and on your paper where you ask us to.
- We will not approach your clients or your staff.
- Roles, client ownership, communication routes and confidentiality are agreed in writing before any client contact.
- Terms are milestone-based and pay-when-paid, and either side can lead as prime.
- We never act for a buyer and a supplier on the same competition.
- Where we are not the right fit, we say so.
Recruitment agencies
ACS provides interim and fractional commercial leads through agencies, contracting as a limited company. Our leads usually work outside IR35, contracting through ACS, and we consider inside-IR35 roles case by case. They take interim, not permanent, roles. Send the brief to admin@acquireconsultantsolutions.co.uk: the role, client sector, day-rate range, start date and IR35 determination. We aim to reply within two working days with availability and a lead profile.
Where it helps your client, we can also scope the role as a defined piece of work with agreed outputs.
