Who we are

Acquire Consultant Solutions Ltd (ACS) is the controller for personal data collected through this website and by email. Company no. 15548709, registered office First Floor Lipton House, Stanbridge Road, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 4QQ. ACS is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.

What we collect

When you email us we receive your name, organisation, email address and anything you include in your message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from misuse. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in running a secure website; these logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own retention policy.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

How we use it

We use enquiry data to reply to you, to discuss and scope possible work, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you ask us to scope work, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your agreement.

Who we share it with

Your data is held in ACS's business email and document systems, and may be seen by ACS team members who need it to reply or deliver work. Site visits pass through our hosting provider, Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). It acts on our instructions. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

International transfers

Our hosting and email providers may process personal data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is made under appropriate safeguards recognised by UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact. If an enquiry leads to work, we keep it with the engagement records for six years after the engagement ends, to meet legal, tax and insurance obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and object to how we use it. Email admin@acquireconsultantsolutions.co.uk. We will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have used your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
